Share your research with the global water and sanitation community at IC-SSCWS 2027.
At Al-Jazari Water & Sanitation Academy (AJWA), we believe that research and innovation are fundamental to developing sustainable, smart, and climate-resilient solutions for the Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) sector. Through applied research, knowledge exchange, and collaboration with academia, utilities, government institutions, development partners, and industry, AJWA aims to bridge the gap between research and practice while promoting evidence-based solutions to emerging water sector challenges.
As part of this initiative, AJWA invites researchers, academicians, practitioners, utility professionals, policymakers, development partners, industry experts, and postgraduate students to submit original and unpublished research papers, technical papers, review articles, case studies, and policy papers for the 1st International Conference on Sustainable, Smart & Climate-Resilient Water Systems (IC-SSCWS 2027). The conference aims to provide a distinguished platform for presenting high-quality research, exchanging knowledge, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration, and strengthening the national WASH knowledge base through peer-reviewed conference proceedings and publications.
Submissions addressing the conference themes are invited from diverse disciplines, including engineering, environmental sciences, hydrology, GIS, computer science, public health, economics, finance, law, urban planning, and other related fields. All papers will undergo a rigorous peer-review process to ensure originality, technical quality, and relevance. Accepted papers will be presented during the conference and considered for publication in the official conference proceedings and recognized Impact Factor Journals in accordance with the conference publication policy.
The conference will feature keynote addresses by distinguished national and international experts, technical paper presentations, poster presentations, panel discussions, and industry case studies, providing a dynamic platform for knowledge exchange and collaboration among academia, utilities, policymakers, development partners, and industry professionals.
